    Soak the lentils, sunflower seeds, almonds, and sesame seeds overnight. 2. Drain and sprout 24 hours, rinsing occasionally. 3. Process to a coarse mash, then add the herbs, peppers, onion, lemon juice, oils, and salt. 4. Use as a filling in cabbage or lettuce leaves or tortillas.
