Happy Kale Salad

    In a large bowl, massage the kale with the sauce for a good five minutes until it reduces to half its bulk. 2. Add the sliced kalamata olives and diced red bell pepper. 3. Store in the refrigerator until the following day if possible. 4. Garnish with purple onion.
