    Quarter the brussels sprouts and peel off the outer leaves to use in the salad. 2. In a large bowl coat the sprouts evenly with The Basic White Sauce. 3. Add the gingered carrots and sliced grape tomatoes. 4. Top with pine nuts if desired.
