    Combine the pumpkin, sugar, oil, chia meal, and extracts in a mixer. 2. On low, add each of the remaining ingredients, adjusting flour if the batter is too thin. 3. Spread in a greased 9x13 pan. 4. Bake at 350F until a toothpick comes out clean, about 30 minutes. 5. Frost when cool if desired.
