01Preheat oven to 375F and line a tray. 2. Sift the sorghum flour, arrowroot, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. 3. Combine the ground chia with water and let sit 5 minutes, then add the coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla. 4. Add dry to wet and stir; shape into a ball and refrigerate 30 minutes. 5. Roll out, cut shapes, and bake 8-10 minutes. 6. Cool before frosting.
