01Preheat oven to 350F. 2. Whisk the almond flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda. 3. Mix the wet ingredients well. 4. Combine wet and dry into a stubborn batter. 5. Roll into 14-16 balls. 6. Roll each in cinnamon sugar, place on a lined sheet, and press down. 7. Bake 10-13 minutes until the bottoms are golden.
