01Preheat oven to 350F. 2. Beat the fat and sugar until creamy. 3. Add the pumpkin and vanilla. 4. Sprinkle in the cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and guar gum, then the flours. 5. Mix in the chocolate chips. 6. Drop tablespoons onto a sheet, flatten, and bake about 8 minutes.
