    Preheat oven to 400F. Halve and seed the spaghetti squash, place cut-side-down, and bake 35-45 minutes. 2. Saute the onion and garlic in sesame oil until tender. 3. Combine the onion mixture with the cashew cream and 2 oz seeds, and season. 4. Scrape the squash strands into the bowl and mix. 5. Transfer to a casserole dish, top with remaining seeds, and bake 30 minutes at 400F.
