    Combine the water, flour, flax, and yogurt and let sit, covered, overnight (optional, to reduce phytates). 2. Add all remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly, then fold in the blueberries. 3. Bake in lined muffin tins, 2/3 full, at 400 degrees for 23-25 minutes.
