Roasted-Garlic Aioli Sauce

01Soak the almonds and sunflower seeds overnight and drain. 2. Roast the garlic and red pepper, then cool and peel. 3. Blend all ingredients well in a blender. 4. Use as a topping for baked potatoes, tossed in pasta, or in wraps. Can be frozen.
