01Line a muffin tin with 8 parchment cups. 2. Pulse the walnuts and coconut into a fine meal, then add the maple syrup, coconut oil, and salt and process until the dough sticks together. 3. Press into the cups and chill. 4. Blend all the filling ingredients until smooth. 5. Pour into the crusts and chill 4-6 hours until firm.
