    Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. 2. Rinse and drain the soaked quinoa. 3. Blend the quinoa, water, oil, and salt into a smooth batter. 4. Pour into the hot skillet and swirl thin. 5. Cook until the bottom browns (about 5 min), flip, and cook 3-5 minutes more.
