01Mix the chickpea flour and salt, whisk in the water and olive oil, and rest the batter several hours. 2. Preheat oven and pan to 450F. 3. Whisk the rosemary into the batter, oil the hot pan, pour in the batter, and grind black pepper on top. 4. Bake 20-25 minutes until crisp and browned at the edges.
