01Mix the buckwheat flour, water, salt, and whey and ferment 12-24 hours. 2. Stir in the sesame seeds, arrowroot, and coconut oil. 3. Roll out very thinly on oiled paper. 4. Bake at 390F, reducing to 355F, until golden and crispy.
