- 2 Tbsp โ olive oil
- 1 whole โ Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 whole โ ½ C chickpeas
- 1 whole โ ½ C kale, chopped
- 1 whole โ ¼ C red onion, diced
- 1 whole โ ¼ C roasted pepitas
- 1 Tbsp โ tahini
